Hey! I'm Joe
I'm a brain injury survivor who knows what it's like to go through the tough times post-injury. When I first came home from the hospital after my stroke, I had no idea how to set goals or what was even possible for me anymore. It felt like my life as I knew it was gone forever. 
But with time, patience, and a whole lot of determination, I slowly started putting the pieces back together again. I found what gave me meaning and joy post-brain injury and set goals that were attainable for me at that stage in my recovery. Through trial and error, I developed a system that helped me stay on track, motivated, and inspired to keep moving forward. 

This exploration led me to my life's work – helping brain injury survivors thrive post-injury. 

I'm passionate about helping others who are going through what I went through, and I know that recovery is possible for anyone who's willing to put in the work. 
 
I've been able to do things I never thought possible like starting my own podcast The NeuroNerds, motivational speaking, and coaching other survivors in my 1:1 program.

How much time will this program take?
